Rates listed are for the entire house.
Additional 10% Mariposa Occupancy Tax.
Additional 1% Tourism Assessment Fee.
Prices based on a maximum of 13 people.
No smoking allowed inside of the house.
No pets allowed.
Refundable security deposit required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival:
We will refund your deposit less a 10% administrative fee, OR
We can hold your payment and apply it in full towards a future booking.
For cancellations made between fifteen (15) and twenty-nine (29) days prior to arrival:
You will lose your deposit unless a new guest rents the house.
For cancellations made fourteen (14) days or less prior to arrival:
We must hold you financially responsible for the entire length of your booked stay unless a new guest rents the house.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Your stay unfolds at 3:00 p.m. and comes to a close at 11:00 a.m. on your departure date. Should you need to arrive early or depart late, special arrangements may be possible if made in advance.
